Trend Analysis, in order to fully understand the rapid evolutions noticed in most of markets, has worked out a process able to deeply point out all evolutions in act. The central element of the methodology moves the analysis' point of view from the general behavior patterns - e.g. lifestyles, consumer's reference model etc. - to the determinants of the consumers' actions, analyzing the conscious or inconscious motivations leading the consumer to act in a particular way. According to such a perspective, any product or service should be managed ad hoc, favouring the view of the consumer/client. |
